had a wonderful stay for next year's holiday. the folks working here were lovely and welcoming. the location was marvellous, in the middle of the city! what's more, it was so close to skegness town centre and beach.

The staff at 35 Irby Way were lovely and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. the location was ideal, being close to the beach, Skegness town centre, and Skegness itself. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Voglia di Pizza, a restaurant conveniently located nearby.

My recent stay at this privately, owned caravan was amazing! It was super clean, homely, and well, equipped. the double bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was cozy. Location, wise, it was a short walk to Skegness town center and the beautiful beaches. the communication with the host was excellent, and they even left treats for us and a bottle of bubbly. the staff at the park were also very welcoming. a fantastic experience compared to my previous stays in caravans.
The only minor downside was that a couple of the tables in the caravan were a bit wobbly, which could be a hazard, especially with kids around. some noise from neighboring caravans during late hours could be heard.
